/ What is a Changing Flames International Change Agent (ICA)?

Role and Eligibility

Changing Flames is a corporation based in Tampa Bay, Florida that matches and connects African Exporters with U.S. Importers and Distributors. Changing Flames is seeking International Change Agents (ICAs) to promote global business. As an “International Change Agent,” you will be given the opportunity to help increase diversity in business across the world and will be financially rewarded for your contributions to Changing Flames. Every ICA has an opportunity to tap into multiple streams of income within the scope of the services they are willing to perform.
This document offers ICAs a foundational explanation of the scope of their roles and eligibility. All ICAs must understand and embrace the core vision as well as the functions of Changing Flames spelled out below. We believe that having a full understanding of the core vision and functions of our organization is essential to being able to fully execute the company’s business model. ICAs will, therefore, be held accountable as they commit to the organization’s goals. The following are the key roles of a Changing Flames International Change Agent:
/ Roles
1. ICAs must be knowledgeable of the core vision of Changing Flames.
2. ICAs must understand that our organization’s knowledge, responsiveness, flexibility and teamwork are our real “products.”
3. ICAs are account managers who oversee a portfolio of businesses.
4. ICAs’ duties and prerogatives, respective of Changing Flames, require availability, trust, and accountability.
5. ICAs will contribute to Changing Flames’ blog.
6. ICAs are account managers who can own assets in the company.
7. ICAs identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships with other businesses.
/ Eligibility
Any individual aspiring to become a Changing Flames International Change Agent (ICA) must meet the following requirements:
1. Be a small or medium-sized business owner residing outside of Africa.
2. Provide a valid proof of business registration.
3. Show interest in helping Africa get on the road of economic development.
4. Make three (3) key recommendations on ways to put Africa on the path of economic growth.
5. Be ready to attend special training sessions and complete assignments related to ICAs’ roles as needed.
6. Meet all of the above-mentioned criteria and secure 100% satisfaction on the ICA job interview.
8. ICAs conduct market research and prospection to register businesses and compile businesses’ information into an online Business Registration System (BRS).
9. ICAs conduct market research and prospection to generate sales and secure contracts for Third Party clients.
10. ICAs conduct marketing analyses to generate sales and secure contracts for Third Party clients.
11. ICAs respond to and generate e-mail correspondence for Third Party clients involving sales and other matters.
12. ICAs provide customer support services for Third Party clients.
13. ICAs may be required to participate in Changing Flames’ business meetings.

The following are the key roles and functions of a member of the Changing Flames International Change Agent Task Force:

1. ICA Task Force members must be knowledgeable of the core vision of Changing Flames.
2. ICA Task Force members must understand that our organization’s knowledge, responsiveness, flexibility and teamwork are our real “products.”
3. ICA Task Force members are liaisons who connect with industry leaders, policymakers, philanthropists, clergy, and so on and so forth, to advance the cause of Changing Flames.
4. ICA Task Force members’ duties and prerogatives, respective of Changing Flames, require availability, trust, and accountability.
/ Eligibility
Any individual aspiring to become a member of Changing Flames International Change Agent (ICA) Task Force must meet the following requirements:
1. Be an employee or a professional affiliated with a legally established entity.
2. Provide a valid proof of professional affiliation as well as proof of business travel.
3. Show interest in helping Africa get on the road of economic development.
4. Make three (3) key recommendations on ways to put Africa on the path of economic growth.
5. Be ready to attend special training sessions and complete assignments related to ICAs’ roles as needed.
6. Pass a background check.
7. Meet all of the above-mentioned criteria and secure 100% satisfaction on the ICA job interview.
5. ICA Task Force members will contribute to Changing Flames’ blog.
6. ICA Task Force members identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships with other entities and organizations.
7. ICA Task Force members conduct research and prospection to secure valuable connections or contact persons who would be willing to work in the best interest of Changing Flames.
8. ICA Task Force members respond to and generate e-mail correspondence with key contacts involving trade and business opportunities, strategic partnerships and other matters.
9. ICA Task Force members may be required to participate in Changing Flames’ business meetings.
